Purchase Options
Chefs & Dogs offers one-time purchases and may offer subscription-based purchases on select products. Subscription customers receive regularly scheduled deliveries according to the plan they choose.

Cancelling or Changing Orders
We work hard to pack and ship your orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at admin@chefsanddogs.com.

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been dispatched.

  • Subscription customers can pause, skip, or cancel their subscription anytime through their account portal or by contacting us before the next billing date.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription billing occurs automatically at the interval you select.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled charge.

  • Refunds are not available for subscriptions that have already been billed and shipped.
